Project 2027 · Wage Gap
Before we talk about building popular power, you need to see the scale of what we’re up against.
Project 2027 is a living strategy for increasing the capacity of ordinary people before the 2028 elections—and beyond them.
Power is built through elections, organizing, advocacy, litigation, policy, worker power, independent media, local infrastructure, collective economies, and institutions ordinary people can actually control.
But the people trying to shape our conditions do not enter the fight with equal resources.
At sufficient scale, wealth becomes more than the ability to buy things. It becomes capacity: to own institutions, finance influence, shape markets, sustain litigation, control infrastructure and media, absorb losses, and give some ideas far more resources to become reality than others.
A million, a billion, and a trillion are easy words to say. They are much harder to perceive.

Wage-gap model
This comparison is not meant to recreate every American household. It asks a narrower question: how much wealth could one person plausibly accumulate through a lifetime of work if we make the assumptions unusually favorable to saving?
The model also assumes no unemployment, no emergencies, no dependents, no debt payments, and no withdrawals from savings. Holding living costs constant while wages rise makes the model more generous to the worker, not less.
One modeled career accumulates $1,793,020.
This is the same journey the interactive version presents, as a structured reading mode. It proceeds from where almost all wealth is to $1,000,000,000,000 — one trillion dollars. The free Project 2027 Phase 1 download is unlocked at the end, exactly as it is in the interactive version.
